Return Policy
We need two things want our customers to be completely satisfied with all items purchased from us. If you find that you are not happy with your purchase please follow the guidelines to return any items purchased. We have a simple return policy for items that have failed to meet your satisfaction. To be eligible for return the item must be in an unused condition or intact as it was received.
- You have 30 days to return purchased items.
- Please provide a list of issues or specific problem(s) that were identified with item.
- Please include proof of purchase and original packaging.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be assessed upon receipt of purchased items.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Once your purchase has been approved for a refund, our company will begin the process to initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
Our organization will allow exchanges for any purchased items that are defective or damaged. Proof of purchase will be required for the exchange of the same item or an item with equal monetary value.
Gift Purchases
Please ensure to indicate the purchased item as a gift. Any items marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the receiver will receive a gift card as a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received at our office, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the source order had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the source upon return of the gift to our office.
Shipping Logistics
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
